Doesn’t Work
Usually when apps are updated they get better. This one got much worse. You can even create a new account anymore since they forced everyone to make new ones. Waste of time and moneySamLo3
Not user friendly
The idea behind the device is fantastic, but the manual and how to use it ,it is not English language, friendly another thing with the electric shock device, the electrodes that shock at the end need to run the whole length of the tube. The suggestion was put forward to the company, but still no update on whether they’ll follow through more support and more need to be done to make it user-friendly. my owner and myself spent almost 2 hours trying to figure it out how to pair it up and how to give her full control. We’re thinking about getting the shot collar but will wait to see if they improve the cellmate2. I made the improvements to the electrodes myself. It’s much more satisfying now to wear and use. COULD be a good product but it’s awful
Trying to get my toy to connect has been terrible in the past two weeks. App is awful riddled with bugs and just completely terrible support and even more horrible app. Have I mentioned how awful the app is? And now the toy won’t take a charge. Have had this less than 2 months and battery will no longer charge and what power it has left wont connect to the awful, terrible appShow lesssnally68

Buy a product that you can’t use because you don’t receive a sms every time you want to use it. Can’t say how bad the app is because I can’t get past registration screen.Air419mn

Trying to register
Iv been trying to register the app for hours now and keep getting stuck on this silly upload an avatar section. What has this got to do with the device. I can’t use the device until I register through the app. Thanks a lot, waste of money!! Oh and no help eitherTigger pup
