Cannot scroll on login screen
Extremely frustrating trying to figure this app out. I emailed support and they said they couldn’t find my order in their database. So much for support. The registration link is at the bottom of the page. My phone has a small screen and I couldn’t see the link and couldn’t scroll down to find it. A friend with a larger iPhone created registration for me and now I can use the device.
It should not be this difficult. Fix the app so it can scroll on the login screenShow lessrad360
App is junk
The reason why I gave it one store is because that was the lowest available. i’ve been working on it for four hours now and still can’t get it registered. Worst design thing up ever seen.chickinma007
App is very difficult to navigate
The app is horrible, selecting the language does nothing. There are no instructions on how to add people and how to share your lock with specific people. The device itself is great but the App needs major workJoeski2011

The shocked timer doesn’t work
Other than that, does what it says on the tin

Useless app
I can’t even register to get started! I put phone number in and that’s as far as I can go. It says to accept t and c but there is no option to do so. Now stuck with an expensive but useless bit of gearmisstress ruby
This app just doesn’t work
I’ve tried to do so many things with this app but it’s all so broken and nothing works, they keep “updating” the app but all it does is make things worse lol, would not recommend using this app for anything, just get Lovense insteadappreveiwer3

Register not working
I keep trying to have doms create accounts to keep me locked up, and their phones keep closing the app every time they try to register an account. It just resets. This has happened to multiple people. It’s frustrating that I paid over $100 for this, and I can’t even actually use it. Fix the way your app works. Or I will not be ever buying from this store again. I planned to buy more items, including the shock cage. But it doesn’t seem to be worth it at all.Show lessDaynairus
