“Missed the ticket”
I ordered our food via the app at 8:15 pm for an 8:30 pick up. My husband arrived at 8:28 pm to pick it up and they were rude when he asked about our order. After a few minutes the staff realized they hadn’t checked the printer for the order...He had to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to warm up the grill and complete the order. Love Doc Greens - App needs upgrade
It took 3 times for the App to take my order. Feels a little glitchy- but in the end it was Ok. I like build your own & app is missing some options available in my Doc Green store such as Pico de Gallo, pepperociniWichita Fan
