Description of WaiverFile

WaiverFile is an online waiver form service that takes your liability waivers and makes them paperless. Your customers can sign their waiver in advance online with any device. Our iOS app adds offline signing so you can collect customer waivers even when you have no internet connection. Collect the signatures and when your device is back online, the data is synchronized with our service and stored securely in the cloud. Online waivers offer many benefits beyond just saving paper. The data you collect can be used for marketing since customers can choose to opt-in to your mailing list while signing their form. Our system is integrated with popular bulk mailing services such as MailChimp and Constant Contact, so the information you collect can be sent automatically without the need to perform manual exports or data conversions. Signing in advance is one way that we've seen our clients improve their customer satisfaction. The more customers that sign their form in advance, the faster the check-in process is, and the shorter the lines are.

    There’s nothing that says you can make an account and it’s just a waste of your computer iPad phones whatever you use memory, this app should be taken off the store

    On a computer, this website blew my mind but on a phone the app is absolutely terrible. Not even usable for me. But the computer is great

    We are sorry that the app did not work well for you! Please contact our support team so we can work with you to figure out what the issue is. One thing to note is that the purpose of the app is to have your customers sign waivers online. If you were trying to sign a waiver as a customer of one of our clients, you don't need to download the app, you can just go to their waiver link. If you did indeed mean to set it up as a business collecting waivers, there is one outstanding issue we have not corrected yet - if your device is in Dark Mode, it causes some issues with colors and text. Switching back to light mode will solve that for now. I'm not sure if that is your issue or not but wanted to mention just incase. Let us know however we can help getting the app working!
