I’ve been using clever waiver for over 5 years now for my yoga businesss, and it is quick and easy for my clients. I upgraded to a higher level a few years ago, and now that I no longer need it I’ve been trying to downgrade my account. It is not easy in the app or online portal to downgrade, and last year they said that I would have to pay the higher subscription and downgrade when the year was up.
I’ve been waiting for a year for them to honour the downgrade, and when I sent them an email about it Eric replied that I have to wait another year and pay the higher charge again and cancel next year. Is this their business plan? I am a small business and their fees are not insignificant.
This type of customer service is unacceptable and downright criminal.
