Don’t waste your time
My shop was broke into and my iPad stolen. The Apple ID was on that iPad and now I can’t cancel my account and am stuck paying $300 yearly indefinitely. Customer service takes days-weeks to respond and give zero effort into resolving any issues. Also you’ll need a shop help to hold the hands of your clients as they need PIN codes photos taken with this difficult app. Plenty of other online paper work for free that work better. Run for the hills and avoid this joke of a company at all costs.Show lessDeveloper Response

We have responded to every email you sent in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the issue with your subscription is with your Apple account, and it is something we do not have control over. As we have communicated to you, if Tattoo Studio Pro does not appear as a subscription in your Apple account, either you are subscribed using a different Apple ID, or there is an issue with your Apple account. You'll need to contact Apple Support to resolve this. I just downloaded this app think it would help, but instead it was a nightmare. Keept saying admin passcode was wrong would accept my picture ID wast of timeDeveloper Response

If you ever forget the passcode you used during setup, you can set a new passcode directly within the app or email us, and we can help. For capturing client IDs, this functionality is integrated into the Staff page at the end of the release form workflow. If you want to capture the client’s ID before they fill out the form, you can enable this workflow in Settings>Preferences. This application hasn’t been smooth sailing, but I don’t think I’ve found any app that doesn’t have its flaw and hiccups. I’ve had some issues with a few things, but Paul has always written me back and tried his best to understand and fix any issues I’ve had. I agree with the previous review about being able to adjust prices on paperwork and it’s is hard to search previous clients. I constantly get booted out and have to log back in, but I believe it’s because of the number of artist using the application. Once all of the bugs are out of this system, it will be really awesome!Show less
