    App keep crashing and won’t let me sign in.
  • Great platform but could use some work

    If only brokers would regularly update their info. (Accounts payable, email/phone etc.) that would be great. TriumphPays’ own load board with loads just from their participating brokers would be a cherry on top.
  • Worst customer service

    Warning Companies:( this unprofessional mess up & screwed up company :(( I’m the CEO & Driver and getting late payments I call brokers and they keep saying wee paid you :( when I didn’t receive any payment :( it’s 45-60 days late :( payments :(( I tried to log in I can’t tried to create an account Triumphpay it says I already have account. I tried to reset the password it’s not working. I sent like 10 emails. Nothing respond. :((I called them amilan answered and i asked why can’t have access my account and who has access to my account cannot disclose any any information? I am the CEO they cannot give me any information. :((( I asked for supervisor she didn’t want to give the supervisor either :(( And they will freeze my account shame on them what a scammers :(( Shame on Companies and brokers, using companies like TriumphPay to scam and screw up drivers and companies :(( playing gods :(( Triumphpay they screwing everyone:( That’s why they ha 1 star :(( They don’t even deserve 1 star :((

  • 2% is extremely high

    The rate is extremely high so example a $1000 pay they takes $200 so I only get $800 is crazy when TBS only takes $40 + a $3 fee so my take home is $957 yea I’ll never use the service!!!

    Thank you! This app has worked fabulous for me. No hiccups or restraints so far. This app makes my life so much easier.

    The lasted previously phone call with customer service was not the greatest. It my first using the app, please has some patience with me.
  • Need few things!

    You guys need to let us upload multiple photos of the pod in one click instead of uploading each one by one. It would make job so much easier.
  • They’re terrible and getting worse

    Don’t know if their business is on the skids or not but been here 2 years and it started out great. They now have simply AWFUL customer service. No timely reply to questions. They’re not even competitive in today’s market anymore. And it’s a royal pain to process paperwork with them. And they lie. The people on the teams, which have changed like new underwear this year do NOT care about customers and have a terrible terrible attitude. They’re making money off me, I expect to get talked to decently and have questions answered. But no, they can’t. So I’m leaving.
