Issues with Charts+
At first I loved this app however I’m having some major issues. I’ve subscribed to Charts+ but my account won’t let me utilize any of it’s benefits. I go to the Charts+ tab and it tells me to suscribe. Whenever I try to it just tells me I’m already subscribed. I can’t see any of the “exclusive” content like Lilith, Part of Fortune, etc. I can’t do the synastry readings, nothing. I’ve tried cancelling my subscription and resigning up for it but nothing has worked. I’m seriously confused and disappointed by this because if I’m paying $4.49 a month I should receive the services I’m paying for! There doesn’t seem to be any customer support I can go to to try and have the issue resolved :(RoseDolly13
I need help
Idk where to do this or how to contact the company but I subscribed to this on an old phone of mine but when I look at the old phone it says I don’t have a subscription- but yet I get charged every month. My new phone has a new Apple ID - so I’m sure that’s the problem why it didn’t/doesn’t transfer over but I can’t even cancel the subscription on my old phone because it basically says it doesn’t exists 🤨🤨Womp wompppp

This app is okay for beginners who just want lists of superficial things. There is not much that’s developmental about it, nor is it very descriptive. Don’t insert your information unless you want the app to have it forever because there is NO settings icon and NO way to delete your account. It’s childlike, and unprofessional. If you want an app that will GET YOU STARTED, then this might be okay if you like the lay-out (which i did not). Astrology apps (especially the initially free ones) can be hot or miss, and I’m sorry to say this one for me is a MISS.Phoenix is my name
No support
For some reason it says one of my planets is in the following house, even though it clearly isn’t by just looking at the chart, degree, etc. Every other charting app/site lists the correct placement. There is no way to reach out, the support website looks like a placeholder with ads. Otherwise the app is good.Katie_ofi
Location issues
The location keeps messing up and crashing every other week! Very annoying. Outside of that a very good app, my personal recommendation to clients. But this location issue is getting out of hand!Aznheda

I was semi impressed by this, so I thought I would give the 3 day free trial a shot. It did absolutely NOTHING. Like, it still says “hey upgrade to see what the premium version is!” And I think they charged me for the full month..which I will not be paying for. Ridiculous. Plus, I’m noticing my chart is off. There are so many better options out there. This has potential, but I have no idea what is happening with this one.gimmiebackmytime&money
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
this is the genuine worst app i have EVER seen. ASTONISHINGLY inaccurate and false. this absolute despicable and laughable “app” should be absolutely obliterated out of existence. i wish i could take the memory of the existence of this app out of my brain. the only objective of this review is to save the time of others and to ensure you don’t live in a false reality. i am extremely disappointed and would be over the moon love to not ever see this app and no one else ever again be able to download this joke.jayla pond

The idea of this app is great but it’s accuracy is way off
This is a good idea for an app but there’s work that needs to be done on its accuracy. I entered my birthdate and time and it’s coming up completely different signs and aspects. Same with the synastry charts. I’m paying for an app that is incorrect. If that was fixed it would be greatGioLuv13
Total garbage
Now I have to pay $5 just to see mine and anyone else’s results, you shouldn’t have to pay money for something you can look up for free. Total hot garbage don’t download 😒 back to the internet I gomickelleee
