No image stabilisation
Optical image stabilisation isn’t enabled and can’t be enabled so you lose all of the inbuilt image stabilisation of the phone. Controls are very basic too. So pretty much pointless to me.teqteq
Its Broken - has been for months now
I just edited a short video where I started with a 4K clip, applied a series of markers, zoomed, and reposition the video's primary subject. The result looks like a perfect zoom+track clip. I would not have thought it possible to get such good results from an app on my iPhone. I'd still like to see improvements in text and "titles" but that is small compared to the power features it already has. Reply to developer's "have you tried subtitles?" - the subtitles feature provides plenty of control over the text but when looking to add "titles" and other text to video, it would be convenient to have in/out effects to choose.
Update 12-Mar-2024: recent update introduced many crashes. Crashes rendering video clip transitions on videos. Crashes on speed-up of 4K video.
Update 10-Apr-2024: crashes or freezes when trying to render video after speed up of screen recordings, zoom changes, and many other useful features. The app seems to be getting buggier. Hope they fix it.
Update: 18-Apr-2024: it is basically useless at this point. I can rarely get it to render the video without hanging.Show lessHumptybump

Thank you for developing this app, the more I used it, the more I love it. This are my few cents in case you want some feedback: - Not sure if this is possible, but add support for Spotify/Deezer/Tidal premium accounts to add music to the videos. - Recording video in App: Add the option to zoom in/out when sliding the finger on the screen (as Instagram/WhatsApp does) would be awesome. Update 10-Apr-2024: crashes or freezes after speed up of screen recordings (so my 4K comment it not accurate). The only way to render is to choose 25fps. The app seems to be getting buggier. Hope they fix it.Show lessDeveloper Response

This is truly an amazing app with many features that I am unable to find in any other video editing app on iOS. The keyframes and the ability to stack videos rather than just transition one video into another seems to be a rarity amongst other apps. There has been an update and ever since this update, the app no longer works in landscape mode on my iPad. Working in portrait mode I can work around however, recently I am having problems with the app over exposing all of my videos when I import them. This makes the app completely useless to me until this is fixed. Please fix this asap before I have to fork out a lot of money for a computer to edit my videos. used to be amazing, now unusable due to no updates
This has been the best video editing app l've found but unfortunately for the last month or so it's been crashing after a few tasks. It freezes. You have to force quit. I sent an email but no response.
It has an especially annoying new feature: freezes at export, loses all your work.

Awesome Video Editing App for the iPhone/iPad
I found the app on a humble, randomly searching for an application that delivers stabilization capabilities. What I found is my new video editing staple. Like any other app, you wishfully think of things they could do easier (like when you are deleting items, being able to apply a hold on the other fields so nothing else adjusts), but I use the app everyday. 4 1/2 stars, until the fix the above complaint in an update, but I HIGHLY recommend you purchase!Show lessBeardOfDaYear

The most recent update broke the app
I had paid for the life-time version off the app so I can use on my travels, and the most recent version of the app needs the app to be connected to the internet. Guess I found that out when I was stuck on a long flight with a lot of pending video editing that I just couldn’t get to.
Don’t get me wrong, this is one of the best video editing apps on the market, but the most recent build that had a huge warning about tracking, metrics and analytics only broke the app.
Dear developer, please give us the option to use the app offline.
I really wish that users who had paid full price didn’t have to stress about the app being connected every time it was used.Show lessAmericano923
