Astonishingly More Expensive Than Astrill
I recently switched to QuickQ , looking for a less expensive option than Astrill's plan: 2 years, 5 devices for $300 only to find that it (QuickQ) in fact costs twice as much as Astrill. OuickQ offers 1 year of access for only 3 devices at $180. This is highway robbery! 🙆🏽♀️

Broken and no reply at all
It’s my second time using this app, it was a really reliable during the pandemic. Now the price is almost doubled but cannot say the same about the service. It is been three to four days since I’m having problem connecting, every time it just says the servers are busy, I sent emails to the custom service and I only received an automatic reply about how to renew my membership, which I’ve bought until September.

No Customer Service, impossible to pay
QuickQ actually a works. It works great! It works in China!!!
But customer service isn’t great. There’s never anyone available to chat to online, and any response you get, it’s all in Chinese.
Currently, the only way to pay QuickQ is through USDT… totally dodgy. I have no way of paying with crypto coin that works with USDT, and I have to have a VPN to even access the websites that QuickQ recommends to use… Catch 22.
If it was easier to pay, and QuickQ had better customer service, I would use it!
