This app and the service / service team behind this app and overall service from IcIcI Lombard is pathetic. The insurance policies hides every now and then, OTp does not work etc. I took a befit rider policy and I cannot use that policy for doctor appointment as the OTP does not come. I wasted so much money on their policy.Show lessAD Seth
