Roller attachment problems
Have burned a couple of things with the L2 in its standard function. However, can not get it to use the rollers in any of the 3 modes to burn anything. Not sure if their is a bug in the software but would love to use the roller attachment that I bought….
Register
The app won’t send me a confirmation email and it apparently cannot be used without an account so I have a $300 laser embedded paperweight.
Collects user data
Despite stating that no user data is collected, when signing up, the app requires access to device, logs, and location. I don’t see any reason for an app that controls a device to collect that type of data.
New version is worthless
I wish I didn’t update to this new version. Now you can’t do anything with out signing in and I can’t sign in. Just let us use our hardware!
Terrible since the recent update
It won’t laser anything since the new update. It keeps saying turn on free mode but there is no option for that.
App fail = can’t use
There is an issue with registration. And iPhones. And i have had my product almost a week, and all I get is email with a video of instructions. I understand how it SHOULD work, but it doesn’t. Please take the time to resolve your issues.
Won’t load gcode
Won’t load gcode but will in lp2 app. Also g we ya to 98 percent loading and boots me out.
Kinda broken app settings
Due to an update to the app, currently unable to perform Grey Scale burn, app instead performs a Seal burn…. Completely different.
We bought this laser to help with production wood working (only need the smaller size burns these lasers provide for the company crest). Now we are on hold until the app gets fixed/updated.

Simply doesn’t work
The app simply crashes. The product is useless without the app, so total waste of time and $.
Can no longer engrave large
After the update, I can no longer engrave anything larger than 55mm. The max size on the LP3 is 90mm x 80mm oval.
