Word Wiz problem
I really like this game, I play it often but I am a little frustrated now because I can no longer access it anymore on my iPhone 6X that I mostly played it on until yesterday but the app won’t open on that phone for the past 2 days anymore so I can only play it on this iPhone SE I just bought in June. And I can’t figure out why it won’t open at all on that phone I use most often anymore!Show lessArtsynesse
Infuriating as well as being just about OK
OK for a slight challenge when waiting for a bus (try putting an ‘s’ on words if you get one and bingo, the same word as a plural appears on the board - hardly a challenge). The most infuriating part is that I actually know more words than it does - seriously - ‘sayer’ not a word? Check your dictionary Word Wiz! I can’t remember the other examples but I’ve had at least 6 authentic words it won’t recognise! There are no levels, so it’s just pretty much the same level all the way through. Thank you for not making me feel I was not smart enough to play this game. I have had other word games but I’ve had to delete them because they either wanted me to buy coins so I could get hints or made it so difficult I couldn’t play. I would eventually have to delete the app because it became too frustrating and too difficult to do.I especially like that you allow individuals to see ads in order to get hints so they can continue playing.I have several mobilityWare games and I’ve enjoyed them all. I live in an assisted living facility and with the pandemic there’s not much to do except watch television and play games on devices. Thank you so much for all your wonderful games.Show lessneatz70

Don’t get !
If you want to get annoyed with adverts and pop ups that you can’t get rid of, then load up this game.
I have had it for a while and enjoyed it. But in the last few days it has been spoiled by very annoying ads ( Sainsbury’s and more annoyingly ads for things I already have ) that pop up every few minutes. Some have no way to close down,so I have to close the whole game down just to get rid of them .
Would happily buy this game just to not have it ruined by ridiculous , irrelevant adverts.Show lessBoxilla

Has become intermittently unresponsive since the move to iOS 14 touch a letter and nothing happens, though, oddly all other options on the page work as usual. This is for both casual and challenge games.Eutexian

Game keeps crashing and even after deleting and downloading again no difference. Screen doesn’t display correctly. Shame real enjoy word games. Hasn’t always been like this 😏jillmyers

Seriously it feels like every time I pass a level there’s an ad. Then there’s when you use another ap for a sec & when you return yup! You have to watch another ad. I’ve really enjoyed this game but now have to delete as there is no non ad free version available. I also put the music & sound to Off but that makes it worse when the ads play as they are annoyingly loud (depending on your phones sound level). Understand need to collect revenue but when ads cripple player ability to actually play and are shown for no real gain to the player the player will uninstall. Plenty of platforms get the balance right...players have the option to shop around. Adverts aren’t the problem...it is how they are used within the game play.Show lessT1nt1N1970
