Crashes
I select the app, it starts to open and then it just crashes. I even tried deleting the app and downloading it again but that did not fix the problem.The Schwayzz

Works fine for me. I had a few issues with account setup, but Inergy staff were quick to get issues resolved. Not bad for an app that is free with a system that is saving me more than $650 per year in energy costs.ProfNimrod
Used to work
Used to work just fine. Now it just shows a blank screen. I can access through the website, but that is not very convenient for quick insights into your system.
Developers should test new releases more diligently.Katjes733

Terrible app
App was working decent but sometime just “freezes” up for no reason and makes you re log back in just to “refresh” itself. Today the app is not working, PERIOD. I even uninstalled and downloaded over 5 times but I can’t even log back on anymore. Real bad terrible appDesiguy316
