The app at the stations is clunky. Hard to follow and not intuitive. Good effort though and hopeful improvements coming.Fraud
I've had a terrible experience with this app. I only charged my vehicle once, but I've been billed six times. When I reached out to customer support, they claimed they weren't responsible for the charges. If they aren’t the ones charging my card, then who is? This lack of accountability is concerning and unacceptable. I would advise to find a different app.Show lessquestionable billing
