Cell phone rates
I just want to say Thank you. Tbaytel has one of the highest cell phone rates in the world. Your management team is doing an outstanding job and there yearly bonus is well deserved. Your team must be extremely proud to have this title (most expensive cellular rates in the world). It must feel wonderful taking advantage of the people of Northern Ontario. Keep up the great work!

App is useless
There is litttle to no purpose for this app. Navigation to the usage page is by click and try only. Once at the account info and you select usage the app will crash every time. Really all I can see from this app is the closest reseller (hello Google works too) or look at my bill but I can’t fwd a copy of my bill or print it. If I want a copy I have to screen shot it. Not very innovative.

Helpful app to track data usage…
This app works great to help track data usage for both me and my son who is also under my account on a sub-plan. Always reliable and love that invoices are easily reviewable also!

You guys double billed my bill …literally joined together my cable bill to my mobile phone bill and on top of that the whole bill double billed again can’t believe you guys put me in the hole and for that I can’t do it
