Disappointing
Took me 2 hours just to connect my phone to my a/c unit. Finally figured out the directions that came with the unit are incorrect on what to do. Even after my phone was connected the app barely controlled my unit i would adjust the temperature on my phone and it would not adjust on my ac unit. I would also have to try like 5 times just to get the unit to turn off with the app. Guess I’ll just keep using the old fashioned remote.Nrowning98988989

Can’t pair my air conditioner
I tried more times than I can count to pair my app account with my air conditioner so that I can control it with my phone. I have done everything the instructions said, tried all of the troubleshooting recommendations and still can’t get it to pair. My only remaining guess is that there’s something wrong on the company server side. Until they fix that or update the app I’m stuck using using it manually.cheese_maestro
