The Helo Smart App can help you to learn and understand your habits (lifestyle, activity, sleep and rest), as well as suggests useful and vital tips to improve yourself and reach new levels of wellbeing defined by simply setting your goals. The pleasant and functional interface guides you through the various functions of the devices, while also helping you gain a better understanding of the meaning of each parameter monitored by your devices. Legal disclaimer The measurements are for self-evaluation only and are not intended to substitute any clinic or medical diagnostics or measurements. All values should be considered ambulatory measurements and are subject to variants with a high grade of tolerance in the accuracy.     Don’t download the updated version. The OTP system doesn’t work at all. You will be locked out of your Helo Smart App and unable to do anything at all. There is no backup to get into the app either. If I could rate it a negative 10 I would. Absolutely terrible.

    I’m on my third device and every time connects immediately and can access all notification options. I get continuous recording of my data and received monthly reports. My latest device the lite version linked flawlessly.
