Terrible
Don’t download the updated version. The OTP system doesn’t work at all. You will be locked out of your Helo Smart App and unable to do anything at all. There is no backup to get into the app either. If I could rate it a negative 10 I would. Absolutely terrible.Bruce Backman

Easy Set-Up
I’m on my third device and every time connects immediately and can access all notification options. I get continuous recording of my data and received monthly reports. My latest device the lite version linked flawlessly.TotalBodyYouth

Constantly refuses to link to app or work like supposed to. Never would read blood pressure. About to go back to Fitbit Never had this many issues with them.Mekalvin
No device detection
The app doesn’t detect my Helo LX device. The app has cool graphics but not pairing with the device defeats the coolness of the UI.F33DB@CK
