Terrible
Don’t download the updated version. The OTP system doesn’t work at all. You will be locked out of your Helo Smart App and unable to do anything at all. There is no backup to get into the app either. If I could rate it a negative 10 I would. Absolutely terrible.

I love being able to track my steps, moods and energy levels through out the day. I would love to be able to view my moods for the previous day, when I click on the date it opens the calendar but when I select the previous date nothing happens. Other than that, I love it.

Easy Set-Up
I’m on my third device and every time connects immediately and can access all notification options. I get continuous recording of my data and received monthly reports. My latest device the lite version linked flawlessly.
Shouldn’t even get a star.
Constantly refuses to link to app or work like supposed to. Never would read blood pressure. About to go back to Fitbit Never had this many issues with them.
No device detection
The app doesn’t detect my Helo LX device. The app has cool graphics but not pairing with the device defeats the coolness of the UI.
