Intuitive design with tons of added functionality
The Expansive mobile app has truly impressed me with its clean, easy-to-use design. Navigating through the app is intuitive, making it simple to find what you need without any hassle. The overall look and feel are sleek and modern, which adds to the user experience.
One of the standout features is the in-app notifications for deals and promotions—something that wasn't available before and is a great new addition. 67% rent increase useless app.
They demanded a 67% rent increase after my first term and removed my app access when I refused. Now I don’t have access to my Wi-Fi account or to reserve rooms online. Their answer: use the guest wifi. They use this app to notify tenants of free alcohol events during business hours. Otherwise it is pretty useless. There is no “community” aspect as advertised as they delete all posts that don’t further their goal of selling more rental agreements or conference room hours.Show lessGoGator
Nice app but many bugs
The entire flow requires waiting for community manager approval. Unfortunately the app just says “waiting for approval” with no ability to manually refresh or sign out. Had to delete the app and data and sign in again to have it load. The WiFi access code screen spins forever when accepting the terms, so getting wifi access is also buggy.
The UI is nice and community portal. Haven’t used any of the features yet due to bugs above but hopefully soon.Show lessPhillycheeze1
Spies + Censorship (Use with Caution)
The COO of Novel CoWorking has admitted they are spying on its coworkers and members. She admitted this after a candid chat we had when I caught them spying on me. I suspect they are monitoring you if you are using this app.
In addition, the COO has a censorship policy to delete any posts or comments they feel are negative. This is mainly to curb negative comments about Novel. You cannot say anything negative about Novel. Posts were deleted that supported #BLM. They felt it was negative.Show lessUserTOO001
Functional and intuitive!
The Novel Coworking app has packed in a number of features that were above my expectations! It also has an elegant design and is very intuitive to use. I love the conference room and marketplace features especially.Heytherejake
Can’t Sign In— email verification fails
Handler from Firebase back-end either does not notify mobile app, or mobile app on install does not register its own handler appropriately.
Additionally, introductory messaging mentions only new accounts, making for a confusing experience for those of us with existing accounts. Extremely frustrating!Show lessGeekApproach
