Doesn’t work
As soon I get into a game it kicks me out immediately.
I deleted the app and got banned
I deleted the app a long time ago and when I wanted to come back to play again it turns out I’m banned for whatever reason. The hours upon hours I spent on this game just to be randomly banned? Tough stuff.
Annoying bots
The amount of bots I find in this game is insane I remember playing this game 4 years ago and there was no bots and the players all enjoyed playing with each other now it’s just bots that don’t know how to play you wanna play coop with a random player that could be support nope you can’t even do that because if your in lower class all you get is bots can you change it back to when we could play with real players. This game is amazing and I love the work you put into the game just I need cards and the bots don’t help I gotta carry the bots all the way and there is no support bots like there only attack you should at least add a support bot so we get a equal change of offensive and support play . Hope you have a great night and I hope you get a chance to see and read this review I been playing for a long time and I been trying to give tips to help when something is getting a little carried away , the bots just don’t do anything but let yin Yang only active one row maybe 2 like at least let them keep merging till at least half a board is lit up but I just want this game to pop off like how it used too .

Trophies
When you get a 10 win streak you reach the maximum amount of bonus trophies of 20, with that being said you start gaining less trophies as you progress threw ranks sure but when you gain a streak you starting making even less although you have a streak. Maybe it was a mess up or maybe that’s what it was supposed to be like but i want to know and share my opinion. As you progress threw ranks you should gain less trophies while also not a streak should not have a maximum set amount of gainable trophies after a certain streak. I have gone 20-30 games from rank 17-20 in a row winning while only making 20-30 total trophies with the streak added. You have it set to 2 trophies per 1 game won after 2 win in a row but with a maximum of 10 wins for a total of 20 trophies added while at the same rate depleting the total amount of trophies per game won. Makes no sense please fix and/or change. Just won a game after watching an ad for extra trophies where i would usually get an extra 20-30 and got 8 from game, 6 from streak, another 8 from watching the ad. Seems really low dont know if i quite like playing the game and wasting my time.

The game isn’t bad but it has albeit too many flaws-
In the arcade mode in-game there is a game mode where a player must beat certain levels in order to get a legendary chest, however the level the player is required to beat has a 100% crash rate, making the legendary chest unobtainable as well as all the rewards after it (in normal pvp or co-op there is a 1/5 chance of crashing anyways but still)
this game also somehow takes up 10% of my phone battery (ON LOW POWER MODE) every round which goes for maybe 1-3 minutes depending on the RNG, making it impossible to play it often realistically…
Also despite it being an RNG game in the first place, the matchmaking is strange as in a level 12 player could be matched against a level 3 player (this happens every 2 rounds 1 win + 1 lose) which can be proven as the higher i went in the rankings the more players i found with near or exactly a 50% win ratio (49-51%)
In conclusion the game is quite fun, but has some serious system issues*

Love the game but I can’t play
I’ve had the game for about a year and a half now and I played it a lot and consecutively in the first half of 2023.
Overall, I love the game, it’s amazing and so fun. It’s addicting and well made. And that’s what has made me come to give a review.
I’m unsure the specific date, but somewhere between June/July, maybe even August, an update to the app came out that killed my chances of ever playing again. Every time I open up the game, even now, I am sat staring at the loading screen.
My internet is fine, I have tried on data and even different remote locations, so why the game keeps me on the loading screen for five or so minutes just to kick me out by saying something of “We couldn’t connect you to any servers.” Confuses me.
I’d understand if the game is trying to adhere and work more for higher quality phones as I have an IPhone X, but I just want to play the game.
Maybe it is something on my end, I can check on another device, but I’d still love to play the game here since I was pretty high level with good stuff.

Really good except…
The game itself is good fun and addictive and you can get good coop people to play with in the global chats pvp can be annoying if the player your against has paid money to get better dice than you but I don’t know many games where that isn’t a problem.
The main issue that I’ve come across and multiple people in the community come across is the loading and disconnect issues. In co op you or your partner will disconnect and it’s quiet frequent. I also face this problem in pvp and the arcade mode where I will enter a game only to disconnect and once I’m able to reconnect I’ve lost the game or can’t connect again to my coop partner.
Instead of having updates to add more and more dice or offers why not update your servers to be able to combat the disconnection issues. I know it’s this app because I don’t have this issue with any other game.

Great game, just I encountered a glitch
Hey, it’ll be very appreciated if 111% can comment on this, but back to the point. I think this game is a top tier game. It has lots of gamemodes with great multiplayer variety and being able to play with friends is even better, plus there’s lots of events and even though there is micro-transactions, they aren’t necessary to be good at the game. This is why I see this as a top tier game The reason I'm not giving this a 5 star is because I was playing academy, and all of the sudden my game crashed. So I just tried to go back into the game, it loaded me up but back to the in-game loading screen when going to any match (the loading screen with the lion and the snake). But then my game crashed again, I tried resetting my phone, it didn’t work. I also tried deleting the game then signing back in to my Gamecenter, I logged back in but still took me to the loading screen with the lion and the snake. It’s been 2 days since the encounter so 111% if you know how to fix it please comment. Thank you

New Bug 7.11
When I load into a pvp/ co-op, there is about a 40% chance of me not being able to emote during the game, i go to click the icon, but it doesn’t react whatsoever for the entire game, but then the next game it’ll be just fine. please fix this if you are able to please, and thank you for an awesome game i’ve played for over 3 years.
