  • Amazing

Wanted to find a way to control my Hue bulb with my Apple Watch without using a Hue Bridge. Almost gave up but then I found this app. Great work guys, made my day!
  • It’s awesome

    Nice
  • Do not install this app if you want to use touch link

The touch link is not free. Only for use this simply thing to pay +$8, what is wrong of this software developer?!
  • Unreal

    Wont even open
  • doesn't work properly

I got this to see if it could help reset some lights, and it does not work properly. On top of it, the UI is so strange. Don't bother.
  • Maybe it Works?

Couldn’t get past the set up in the blue tooth mode. Searched for lights added them and accidentally answered yes to add another and it sat in search mode even though there wasn’t another light and never stopped searching.
  • Awful

Buggy. Controls don’t respond properly. $10 doesn’t include multi bridge but is written in a way that doesn’t make that clear. Rip off. Avoid.
  • No HomeKit or Shortcuts Support

IKEA Tradfri devices added to the Philips Hue Bridge app through Touchlink do not sync from the the bridge to HomeKit. There’s also no Siri Shortcuts support.
  • Perfect for fine tuning remote devices!

When I originally downloaded this app I was just starting out with my smart home and experimenting with apps to understand how the various bits link together and how I would want things configured.

I found the app a little confusing to begin with and didn’t understand why I would need it...but that drastically changed after purchasing a few Hue remote devices.

Using the native Hue app I nearly returned my remote device purchases out of sheer frustration and not being able to tweak things how I wanted. Reading a few forums and seeing this app mentioned a few times I thought I’d check see what could be done and I’m so glad I did because this app has been a saviour! With it I’ve been able to tweak remotes and fine tune the physical control over my smart lights to my hearts content, which in turn has helped me win back the Wife-Acceptance-Factor and ultimately lead me deeper down the smart home hole!

I would love to see a “copy remote” type of feature to help duplicate settings across remotes and I’d love to be able to edit a buttons actions without having to delete the action and start over...but even with those niggles I’m just chuffed I have been able to set up my smart lighting how I wanted it.

  • Disappointing

I thought I’d try this out before buying into it.

I made a basic widget to report a sensor temperature. Tried it on iPad Air 2, and it worked for a few minutes before magically disappearing.

Then I made the same basic widget on an iPhone 11, and this time it lasted a good while longer, before inexplicably disappearing again!

If the developer cannot keep on top of the free product then I don’t think they should be charging for anything! What kind of a message does that give out?

The developer may also benefit from taking any notice of these reviews, it’s kind of important!
