App adds a %15 service fee. I entered all my information, addresses, email, phone number, credit card number, address again (for the billing address) and after all that, it told me “guest checkout not available in this location”
Well why the heck did you wait to tell me that till the end??

Poorly designed app, good try though
I’ve got my complaints about Couch Tomato’s new menu changes, but we’ll leave that alone for now. This app is awful to use. Rough on the eyes, confusing to try to craft my own salad/pizza. No place to order extras or side dressings. Very annoying that I can call to place a delivery order and pay cash when the driver arrives, but the app forces me to pay with a card. And if I wanted to call to read off my order to place over the phone, the “my order” tab doesn’t show the details of my pizza and salad to easily read off to them. Love you guys, been eating here for years and hope to continue to do so, but this app just isn’t doing it for me.Show lessNicky_the_Cee
