Terrible App
Love the radiator - hate the app. Had nothing but problems with it. Managed to get it to work once. Company isn’t fixing it.

Brought 2 icon heaters, work well. Will buy more soon
Failed update
After receiving an email promising a wonderful update, I followed the instructions and now it won’t accept my email or password. It also keeps disconnecting from the internet. I tried re-registering but it came back ‘user already exists’ I tried to use the support function it gave me option to fill that didn’t exist ( Article, whatever that means?) so I could complete the form. So now this is my only option. Very poor update, the last version worked fine for me. This doesn’t work at all. iPhone 12 user.

Shockingly Poor App....
Downloads on one iPhone 12 and not another. Then on the one that does download fails to connect to the Radiator. Very, very poor.
