Great returns and full control
Love what you guys are doing. Been looking for something like this for a long time. Probably averaging 1% a day and so easy to use. Love I have full control of my own funds. Bots are great keep up the great work. Will be using you for many years to come.
Great app and trading bots
I got this app to help make a little extra money using bots to trade. I was skeptical at first and tried a couple different bots but found one of the free ones I really enjoy. Set it up and walk away. I paid for adventure monthly package and it’s been great.
Pretty Dam Good, though room for improvement.
It would be amazing to have a chart displaying your portfolio which visually shows were, when, and why, buys and sells are triggered.
Another feature that I think is important would be some form of auto-reserving total profit at specified increments in order to lock in profits or something along those lines.
The app seems limited in comparison to the browser version.
Other than those things and a few other minor issues, I am enjoying using CH. It earns a 4/5 stars from me, leaving room for improvement. Definitely a solid option for automated trading.

The application is good. However it is missing candlestick chart. I hope the next update will fix it.

No other bot for me
They’ve come a long way. I have been very critical in the past and have left at times but dead set on CH. They have been listening to customer feedback and have improved the app significantly. Keep up the good work 👍🏿👍🏿

Frustrating.
I was excited at first and was hoping to gain an edge to my investments but after about two hours linking my Coinbase account I don’t know if it’s even working. Seems to not be doing anything as far as trading ,buying or selling . Seems useless . Maybe you’re supposed to pay money for the packages starting at $19. Everything is for sale in the menu Strategy, Templates . I don’t get it.I have been going through the action menu of settings for what seems like forever and . It’s just sitting there saying hopper is idle . I will delete this and continue to follow Reddit & Twitter Pump signals. I have a Headache from trying to figure this out.

Couldn’t even sign up
I went to sign up and put all my info in and I had made my account, then I went to sign into the account that I literally just made and it told me my info was wrong. I retried making a new account with a different email and the same thing happened. Gotta love apps that give you problems before you can even get into them 👍

It’s working
After at least a year of losing and creating new strategies and “back testing” on a daily basis, I have finally achieved a winning consistent strategy. I’m not wealthy and take my losses seriously. You need to test out using small sums before making any serious investments. The App works great but nothing worth anything comes without trials and consistent effort. I decided to write this review after reading a negative one - which made me a bit upset. You shouldn’t blame the app for losses. At first I did to, but the more I’ve used it, the more I can see that it does work as it’s supposed to. Of course I’m a lot happier now that I have developed a winning consistent strategy. The one big question I had is that you need to know that the backtesting always uses the default of 0.5 % lower for buys and 0.5 % higher for sells. It would be nice if the backtesting interface gave you the option to adjust these two parameters or that the documentation stated clearly that this is the case. Hopefully this tip helps someone else.

Doesn’t work/no customer service
I was really excited to try out this service but after creating an account the app wouldn’t allow me to log in. Then my 7 day free trial period was up. I tried to contact support (twice) and got no answer. I still can’t log in. Very disappointing
Pricing and Limitations
Looks like it has potential, but the pricing model doesn’t make a ton of sense. Pretty limited at any tier with how many positions you can open or triggers you can encode, and there isn’t an unlimited or percentage fee option. Also, it’s unclear whether you can create triggers outside of TA, such as a simple buy-side, no-conditions daily purchase with bracketed exits.
