AWESOME NEW DEVELOPMENT
This morning I got up to an awesome update on the Cryptohopper app. Now it looks and functions much like the desktop version. Pretty incredible.
For instance, now it is easier to track orders, trade history, and reserves. Using the mobile app went from mildly frustrating (because of formatting and information differences) to a smile before my first cup of coffee. The Cryptohopper development team really did themselves proud on this one!

Refresh never works
Hi guys, great app but it’s annoying you alway have to shut down the app and open it again before you get updated numbers on your dashboard- please fix this
It’s Fixed!
I used to have the “connecting” bug which prevented the profit/loss on your open positions from being show. It’s finally fixed and now the app works great.
Worse than beta version
This is hands down one of the top 10 worst apps I’ve ever installed on my phone. It functions like an app that’s about 20% complete in functionality. It’s full of bugs and taking pretty much any action on the app leave me worried that something will go wrong and cause me to lose a bunch of money. I can’t submit orders. Open orders won’t sync correctly. Turning off notifications doesn’t work. There are so many things or right about this. It looks like nobody bothered to do any testing and the app was rushed out the door.
Don’t get me wrong. Cryptohopper itself is a great product. The desktop version works great. The iPhone version functions like someone pet project learning how to code.
It’s really concerning that a company responsible for potentially millions of Dollars in trade can put out something like this and call it theirs.

Horrible - Recent update has too many bugs
The old app wasn’t great, but I wish I could go back to that version. New version of app is filled with bugs. Most annoying is that all open positions just show “Connecting” instead of position percentage. It’s amazing this company would allow an updated version of their app to be release with so many bugs. How did you not catch these?

Very useful app, v2.0 has made things way worst
Not happy with the redesign of 2.0 at all. Flashy and responsive, but it doesn’t display information in a convenient way as the previous version. Areas are too bulky and only see 3-4 positions at a time. Difficult to have an overall picture. More steps to see available capital… so I guess it’s a brave attempt at redesigning the app, but still needs to be streamlined greatly!!

App - New version not a step forwards IMHO.
The new version automatically updated on my phone this week and it seems to be a step backward in my view, in terms of use ability: stats are not even a syncing and its hard to view and manage open positions. I preferred the old one.
But the web version is great and very happy with that, so will just using that on my phone and MacBook Pro.
Is there a way to revert to old app?

Nice new interface .. but has bugs and issues
I have been using this app for months and it was good even with the reduced functionality.. with new interface there are issues. My profit percentages are not showing and each one says connecting. It has been trying to connect for over 30 minutes.. everything else is good and updating properly.

My only regret is that I dident know about this earlier.

Great Mobile Bot
This is a great app! I can see all of the important stats regarding the performance of my hoppers on my phone. It doesn’t have all of the capabilities, but that’s okay. I really only want to be able to monitor my hoppers from my phone.
