Easy to use and total transparency
Easily configured and works seamlessly with my Binance wallet. Very impressed with the returns I’m receiving on autopilot. Great dashboard so that you get total transparency on all trades.

Helpful and educational
The Cryptohopper app is helpful and educational. The simulators are great and the academy section is nice also. I’m having some issues getting my hopper to automate trades, though I am confident the more I interact with the website and application this problem will be resolved.
Simple to use, but lacks capabilities
This app is useful, but lacks features that are necessary to fully operate “on the go”. I find myself frequently running back to my laptop to adjust config pools, merging positions, or researching trends. Add more features from the web based version to make this app completely stand-alone.

Worst app ever
This platform is useless. Can’t make money or automated trades efficiently. Lots of buy in app. And worst customer service every. Stay away from them, there are so many better apps out there
Good but slightly buggy & lacking full features
You can’t short sell positions in the app for some reason & its often off / slow to update.
Granted the whole point is not to check it constantly but I like keeping track of my positions throughout the day during big swings.
Still it’s a very good app & an even better bot program. I use the hero level and subscribe to a template because I’ve got a lot of my net worth invested in crypto.
This bot has clawed back some significant losses I started with & is now at a healthy profit after only 13 days. Pretty spectacular, I’ve got my buddy & brother in law using it now as well.

Needs significant improvement
The app does not save configuration settings after you have changed them. Also the app is very slow to update after making a buy/sell. Very frustrating. I am deleting the app and using their desktop site only.
