Hi Trove team,
Can you check the latest update, it's seems unstable in demo mode for IOS both iPhone and iPad.
The app goes blank when you click on the portfolio in the demo mode.Obajizzle

Currency conversion and information layout
A better job can be done in the time it takes to convert currency. 2 business days doesn’t make sense.
What is the reason of that please?
The layout should have information of old price, new price, rate I bought a stock, an hourly curve and key information in one page to make it easier. Going back and forth to find all these information is quite uneasy.
I literally abandoned bamboo, Chaka and rise for trove for a better experience. But, I’m not sure if I’m getting that.
Please work on those.

Dollar deposits take 1-2 business days to be processed. However, Trove has provided the instant deposit option at a 0.1% chargeReturns
We need Trove to add the option to let us know the returns on stocks own not just on the portfolio... I wouldn’t know I’m losing on a stock not until I checked the price I paid for it and the current stock price, knowing our returns on stocks held at each company will be very much appreciated, some will say it has this green and red icon to show it but that is only controlled by the current stock price like if the stock price is gaining for the day but you are still losing depending on the price you paid for the stock, Trove will still show you a green icon. Please we’ll be more happy if the option to show returns is added so we can keep trackShow lessGentlefresh

Trove is an amazing company, allowing millennials like me to be able to buy shares in companies here in Nigeria and in the abroad. This is something I thought was only open to old people, so finding out that a millennial like me could even learn about finances was amazing. Super high commission rates
As much as Trove is a good platform to invest, the commission charged on each buy is simply ridiculous!
Buying a stock of $50 attracts a $2.5 fee. Same thing for buying a $10, $20 or $100 stock. If one has a budget of $350 loaded into their trove account and you buy different stock options you might end up spending $30 to $40 dollars just on commissions! Simply unfair and mind boggling!
Now the exchange rate to a dollar is another rip off on Trove, rates are 403 to a dollar today, but as high as 411 to a dollar on this app.

Please be informed that we have no control over the exchange rate. The exchange rate on the app depends on the rate we get from our partners. Please note that we do not get USD from the CBN as we are not a money transfer service or BDC, we only partner with them for currency conversion.Great for understanding my company’s options
