Missed pickup
My regular pickup was somehow missed. I used the county waste app to report it. I immediately received an email telling me I would have my trash picked up within 24-48 hrs. True to their word. They picked up my trash. I was pleasantly surprised as it was already Saturday morning and I didn’t think they would come. Thank you county waste 😊La loca de Albany

Good Service
I have had very good service from County Waste - the staff are always attentive to your needs and never miss a pick up. They keep in touch with the customer base on all levels. If there is a problem with pick up service, County Waste notifies customers on a regular basis. Their notification app is a veey good tool to remind us of pick up times and dates.
