Terrible

We have this app to manage our home security system and this app is so clunky compared to its competitors apps. It’s really slow at processing any input.

Not Reliable-Works sometimes and Sometimes Not

When my installer first switched me over to the system it worked great! Now it is very unreliable and works part time at best. If this does not improve don’t waste your time installing it. Waited five minutes to unarm my barn system and finally gave up. Not worth my time to sit there watching it go around and around but never arm or disarm and many times says babel to connect to server.

Lots to improve

-Press and wait 3-5 sec before the app respond.
-Edit label can’t do it all and save, you have to edit one zone save and edit another one.
-No arm/disarm log?
-open zone can take a minute to update on the app

Password email taking forever

While the app does what it’s supposed to do for me, I’m trying to get family members on the app too to help with the alarm system for our store. However, I can’t recall the password. I’ve sent a request for the password reset multiple times and I’m still waiting. This kind of thing is usually instantaneous.

Much Improved, but

I like the new update to the app and honestly don’t need many frills, but one thing it’s lacking (or completely missed) is ability to set alarm with Stay. There’s nothing I hate more than getting in bed and realizing I forgot to set alarm. Hoping that feature is added.

Hi! We do support Arm Stay option for panels to which our devices connect through Keybus. Please contact our support@m2mservices.com or your installer to find out whether we support this in your configuration.

Why do I have to sign in every other time I use the remote arming and disarming ! This is getting very disturbing ! HELP ! Please

3000+ units installed at this point

I have put in about 3,000 burg cells and about 200 of their fire cells at this point. Switched from using Telguard’s and will never turn back. Customers love the arm/disarm feature and especially the history for making sure kids get home ok. Huge selling feature. They make it simple to use and control everything through their m2m admin app. Give one a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

Disconnects and does not reconnect

Works for short period of time and then no longer works. Resync with panel constantly times out and this app is extremely unreliable. Not sure how this can be run by professional security.

Just got the app. Already not happy. You cannot arm STAY with the app. It only arms AWAY.
Please let me know if I’m doing something wrong.
