I had an awful experience with Proctortrack. The proctor was not only unprofessional but also downright mean. I was made to wait over two hours for my exam to start, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the proctor never launched the exam. Throughout the process, they were rude, dismissive, and showed no willingness to help.
Their staff lacked any sense of urgency and treated my concerns with complete indifference. On top of that, I was forced to reschedule my exam and pay an additional fee, even though the delay was entirely their fault.
I lost valuable time and money because of Proctortrack’s incompetence and the proctor’s hostile attitude. I do not recommend this service to anyone, and I will be sharing my experience on social media to warn others. Stay away from Proctortrack if you want a smooth and respectful exam experience!
