Driver Training
The recycle drivers are better than the trash drivers, but even they could use additional training ir instructional directions on how to operate their equipment, like learning to stop while emptying the bins. They usually continue to roll and end up with the bin on its side or busted and left in the driveway path so a car cannot get out of the drive without having the owners move the bin first...even though it was left a few feet away from blocking the drive.
The trash drivers are the worst...3 out of 5 bins are tipped over and left in the street or several feet from the place of origin and/or tipped over...and they all speed through our neighborhood with little regard for stop signs.
In fairness, many bins are left so close to each other by the owners that the drivers have trouble maneuvering the bins and consequently the bin gets left out in the street or blocking the neighbors car.

No one responds to help needed
This app has the wrong dates for my garbage pickup since my town started using it, and when the recycle pickup recently changed this app still has not updated that. I’ve written comments to the help section numerous times but they never respond, correct the issue and frankly it seems no one reads the request for help comments. The info is useless if it’s wrong info! Infuriating!
I just read some other reviews and I guess this is hopeless and useless app since some of the same complaints in other reviews have been documented for years.Show lessRainyweek
Useless App
My address comes up as the wrong town in the app. The issue with that is my pick up day is wrong, so all my notifications and reminders are wrong.
I have contacted the county that does our recycling. They say they emailed twice to have it corrected. I was also advised to send a notice through the app too. I have done that many times. No one responds, no one makes changes.
I don’t need to be reminded it is time to put out my recycling a day AFTER it is picked up. Unless this gets corrected I don’t recommend this app, it has no purpose.Show lessBwtrMom
