Customer Service

When pick up does not happen as it should and I go through the app to give notification of this, response is very fast and correction ismade quickly. I also appreciate the weekly reminders. Thanks.

I haven’t seen a updated review, so far the app is fine- my municipality is pretty out of the way and it was in there.

Wrong day for notifications

I was getting the notifications on the wrong night. I contacted someone and they advised to reload the app. I deleted and reloaded and it gave me the notifications on the right night for two or three weeks and then returned to wrong night again.

Easy to use

Makes things a bit easier to remember . There was once where the routes changed. But it didn’t take long for the app to update

Not working.

For many months we attempted to use this app. Reminders don’t work, rotating the view from portrait to landscape does not work. OK this is unforgivable and unfortunate, worse is that you have to spend over 20 minutes to find your zone for garbage pickup schedule. And isn’t that the whole point. So we ditched this for a better app that has now been dropped. ZERO response from developer, because they just don’t care.

This is a great use of resources to educate people in various learning styles. The objections gets the point across for why they don’t enjoy cumulative sorting but it brings a solutions of minimizing depot ,utilizing the main ones with more detailed practises. Well done you made user feel intelligent and the feedback was already to be put into place. 👏🏾
