Considering closing my account.
For the last four days I have been unable to transfer my money where I need it due to the app being “unable to process this transfer at this time.” I can’t get in touch with an actual representative over the phone because the bot “cannot validate the credentials”, even though I am entering the correct account number and PIN number. My work schedule is so sporadic that I’m very limited on days for me to go into the physical bank, so not having any way to resolve this without going into the bank is really frustrating. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with the app, this is just the worst it’s been since opening my account in 2022.
Needless to say, it’s to the point of me considering closing my Enbright account and opening a new bank account elsewhere in hopes that their online/phone services will be better.
