no progress updates, no rereads
i did genuinely love the app, theres so much to love about this app, and the interface is the most pleasing one ive found— it wouldve been the app for me if not for the fact that each book gets one entry total: a page with every single field you could fill out (rating, review, dates, shelf, tags, series, borrow & purchase fields, short & advanced note, quotes, previous read dates, etc) which pops up every time you tap the book.
the closest you can get to logging a reread is by manually moving the date values to the “previous read dates” field— no new review, rating, or borrow log— and resetting the page position slider (which can only be updated in the full editing page). the slider updates your feed when you start and finish a book (though it wont fill the start & end dates) but progress between start and finish isnt recorded anywhere.
if you want a status field, you have to make it with shelves and manually change it — but the “see in shelf” button only shows if a book is in your default shelf.
the only form of note taking is the single note per book, so theres no real way to track your thoughts throughout the book or update your friends. you could use the quotes field (a pro feature) but it wont show in your activity feed and you sacrifice having a quote-specific collection.
i do love the series field, though it would be more useful if it grouped books together in your library. i also like the purchase field, but id rather be able to mark a book as owned and the rest be optional.
all in all, i do genuinely think the app is very well developed and has a lot to offer, but these issues were dealbreakers for me personally.Show lessLarry fanfic reader

This app has everything I was looking for. I like to track my books and tag them so I know if it was a hard copy, kindle or audio and this app allows me to do that. It’s very easy to add books to your bookshelf and even has a way to track how your purchased, if you loaned your book out and even if you have read it again and again.Show lessTammy-K
Fantastic Time-Saver and Record Keeper.
Great app. Lots of features and easy to use. I mainly use it to keep a running inventory of my books (and categorize them), but there are additional useful features as well such as wishlisting and quickly looking up books you might be interested in. Very easy to use the bulk scanning feature. I have hundreds of books and was a bit daunted at first, but I had them all scanned in less than 20 minutes, and now I don’t have to worry about it. Amazing app
This app is amazing, I can record all of the info I need and so easily as well. If you can’t find the book, or the right amount of pages, you can always just make it yourself. Would, and have, recommend to everyone I know. <3<3<3-Issy-
A great way to keep track of your reading
I’ve scanned my bookshelves in so that I can shop knowing my full list is in my pocket. I can also let my family buy for me without duplicating what I already have. :)fatslim_mummy
Exactly what I want
I didn’t need a million bells and whistles on my reading app. I wanted one that was relatively simple to use and would allow me to keep track of books I have read. This one has features I don’t use, like ratings and summaries. But it allows me to group books into simple categories of my choosing like TBR, DNF, Reading and Read. It’s simple interface does exactly what I need a reading app to do and not a million other things. I haven’t found a single glitch yet, aside from the fact that sometimes I can’t find a book when searching the title so I have to search by author to locate it. But there is an easy way to enter books manually if necessary, so it’s not a deal-breaker. Thank you for creating an app that works so well!Show lessrivkah30
