It asks you to turn off windows firewall

Hello, there are some misunderstanding, you only need to run as Administrator on Windows, allow application to access by windows firewall, do not be blocked by windows firewall. Feel free to contact us at 1001tvs@nero.com, we will help you to fix it.

I did the free trial but it didn’t work on my TV so I canceled the subscription in the same 24 hours. Regardless, it still charged me for a full year subscription :(

Big Lie

It said in the description of the TV app that it was free, add fee and bla bla bla.
Can’t mirror even once, have to pay. Thanks for wasting my time

Predatory practices

App may work, but the predatory practice of acting like the App is free only to open it up and realize you have to pay a subscription is awful.

I'm sorry that the membership page you were looking at gave you the wrong idea. We hope to offer free services to everyone who wants to try 1001 TVs, so we make it clear which ones are free and which cost money. But, we may not have made it clear enough that our app costs money, though. We have already made it better. Thanks for your feedback.

Worked perfectly for me

I used this app to stream/mirror my iPhone 14 Pro Max to my TiVo (chromecast) device. Install the app on the TiVo, install the app on the phone and the away you go. There is a subscription requirement for $20 for the year isn’t too bad for an app that actually works well, I’ve paid more and gotten less in the past from other apps.
