My favourite thing about this app is that it’s free! I love that it has options to customize your meal plan and pick meals that you actually enjoy eating! I would recommend this app to any person who is trying to stick to their fitness goals.

This app allows for customizable meal plans that are tailored to the user preferences. This app has allowed me to achieve my weight goals through eating delicious foods that i choose for myself. The best feature is having a grocery list generated by the app for the upcoming week. It is extremely user friendly.
