This app is deff cool , but Yes the big problem is with the login . You won’t be able to login and use the app unless the scooter is turn on manually. Basically…… It’s POINTLESS TO REGISTER.Mknosall
Terrible app
Can’t really log into the app even if I register so there is honestly no point in using it. Scooter is great though! I would seriously recommend fixing the app before anything else especially for your consumer’s. Not really a great selling point.ningxiuci

To any person that is willing to download this app make sure you look further into it and when you do download it only connected by Bluetooth because if you do put your contact numbers in it does not make you an account uses your details on a different side of the world so before you download and make an account put your email address number and passwords into it think twiceShow lessDAVEY JOHN GILMOUR

Password issues
I made a password for it to connect to Bluetooth and I forgot it but there is no spot to put I forgot my password so now I can’t connect to it EVER…ugggghhhhhareanynicknamesnkttaken

The app is asking for a password when I connect the scooter but I did not set one and the app does not let me contact support if this issue get sorted out I will rate this app 5 startseduard plz help

HATE this app.
I9 Scooter is ok…the cheap folding clip is in a dangerous spot. I really hate the app though. Let me start with the Beep. I hate the Beep of every selection made and hate even more that you can’t enter a silent mode. But what I hate the most is that you have to put in so much information at each login. It’s 2023, facial recognition or atleast a quick pin to open the app would only make sense. Super hate this app. Again the scooter os OK but I might return it just because of the app.Show lessBarneymyrick
