Simple and straight to the point, but no metric units. Weight and height in imperial units only.

Pre review

So I will review this app two times.
The first time is for how easy the app is, which it is very simple. It is very nice. Now, the carbs it has for me is 270g which seems like a lot.
I will take this advice for one month and see where it takes me. (I am on a cut).
After said month if I have seen some gains I will give it 5 stars.
Currently I am at a plateau which is why I was searching for an app like this.

Good in theory, but has a glitch on my phone

I like the idea of this macro finder because it seems reliable, but for some reason I can’t choose anything other than moderate for the Macro Range. Maybe it’s because I have an “older” phone (iPhone 6S) but hopefully this glitch gets fixed soon.

0/10 would not recommend

Google TDEE calculator and you’ll get better macros. All this asks for is your weight and literally nothing else. It put me at under 1000 calories per day without asking for anything other info than my current weight. Really disappointing, those are basically eating disorder in the making macros. I’m sorry but this app is garbage, I really wish they did better but this is just not it.

Excited to track macros again!

I’ve been tracking macros for a while but recently fell off the bandwagon. I’m a big fan of FDL products so this new product is exciting and I can’t wait to start tracking again! :)

Simple

There’s no fluff and junk - enter in your weight, pick your options, and boom. Done! Love it!!!

Great to get your macros calculated!

It’s a great place to start if you have no idea what to do. It calculates your macros for you but the BEST part is that it calculates your macros for alcoholic beverages! This is actually my favorite part and probably what I’ll be using it for the most haha

Generic

It is user friendly but it doesn’t account for much. I feel like it should at least ask height and activity level. I weigh 129lb, I work out rigorously 4-6 times a week. On the low end of a deficit, it has me eating 1048 calories. That seems unhealthy, and I fear I wouldn’t eat enough to support energy for my workouts. I know it is just supposed to be a guide line but I wish I could trust it more.

Simple But Great

The app is very simple, easy to use, and pretty accurate to other macro calculators I’ve used in the past. It’s really quick to unjust it based on personal circumstances so I’d recommend to people trying to watch what they put in their body.

This app is very simple and takes a lot of the work out of finding your calories and macro nutrients. I usually have to go through a much longer process to get all this information but now it only takes seconds!
