Great App
This takes out all of the extra work when figuring out your macros. To be able to adjust inputs and see how things can change is great. Just need a little more detail on the “low end” “high end” portion. Thanks FDL Team!
Unique & Easy to Use
This app is unique because there are not really many other macro calculator apps, they are all mostly online or if an app has one it’s not it’s main purpose so this is really cool. I do wish I knew a little bit more about how my macros were being obtained but other than that this is a great app and super simple/easy to use! Perfect for getting answers quick.

Hey, You're completely right, we had some issues and we apologize for that. We wanted to provide a completely NEW and IMPROVED experience. We've completed updated the design to be simpler and much easier to use, this one actually scrolls correctly and more importantly, we've completely reworked our calculation to provide more accurate and healthier macro suggestions. Keep It Simple Stupid! sometimes the easiest things are the hardest to find but this app nails it. FINALLY, something to help track alcohol, which has always been the hardest for me and the main reason i fell off the bandwagon of macro tracking. I’m getting back on the horse thanks to this app!

User friendly. Tells you what need need to know! And can help you track your alcohol into your macros which I’ve never seen before.
Great app
This app is very straight forward for calculating your macros for you. The alcohol calculator is also very useful and not found anywhere else. The only think I find that could be an improvement would be to allow a carb to fat percentage change if a person enjoys more of a macronutrient than another. It would be helpful to have a way to shift those higher or lower while keeping the calories the same without having to manually do it yourself. Otherwise it’s a great app! Very useful!

Ease of use
As the title says, this app is very easy to use and is user friendly which is a great plus. I’ve been tracking macros religiously for over a year and made decent progress. I’m looking forward to what results I can gain with these numbers. Always remember to listen to your body and adjust where it is needed. Much love! Keep up the great content.

So easy to use
I am so glad FDL came out with this app! As someone who has tried many macro calculators this one is very user friendly! It’s easy to use and I don’t have to question what my macros are anymore! Glad to have this app available.
Simple
Very simple to use, just put your weight in and wether you want your calories to be in a deficit, maintenance or surplus. Then it asks you “intense” do you want it and it will cut or add to the calories for you. This may be too simple for the average person, but I understand it and it validates the macros I am currently on, because so many people calculate it slightly different.

So straightforward
Macros can be confusing, but this is about as straight forward as it gets. Love the convenience of having to do no math myself! Also if you are gaining or losing weight, all you have to do to recalculate is enter your current weight. Love!!
