Great Customer Service
The guys over at Felix are working so hard to make this product the best. Whenever you start something new there will be snags. Things will happen but when you can reach out on a Sunday evening at 9pm and get support, because they care so much, then you have the makings of a dedicated team. When the small bugs get worked out it’s going to be the best thing out there for aquariums. It’s already way past the competition in my opinion.

I’m an early adopter and Felix backer so bugs and hiccups are to be expected. The Felix team is doing a great job and has been quick to fix bugs and release updates! Thanks for all your hard work!
