Clip dish
i thought this was great until i actually looked at the clipped recipes from All recipes and yumly, popular sites. It will list the ingredients, but not the amounts!!!! Very frustrating. Now i have to go to the actual website where it came from to find amounts if the website is still available. No help. Dont bother!!!

Hi! Sorry you're frustrated. As I mentioned in your email to our support team, ClipDish works best if the website does a decent job at marking up their recipes. We can clean up some bad recipes but unfortunately a tiny tiny percentage are just not fixable. I just clipped a recipe from All Recipes and am not seeing the issue you described. It's likely that you tried to clip an old recipe on the All Recipes website. What I usually do when that happens to me is to search the web for another version of that recipe. I've always been able to find one that was clippable.

Not exaggerating when I claim this app is changing the quality of my life (for the better!!) It saves me SO much time bc I no longer have to screen shot, or scroll through YouTube videos or Pinterest or Instagram or Facebook to find saved recipes. It’s all in one place and is super easy! Tell all your friends and family! Everyone loves it!

The features of this app really speak directly to me, as someone who cooks almost daily and for all of the holidays.
I can send a recipe with a huge wall of text to the app directly from my phone’s browser and it’ll cut out the noise so I can focus on the essentials. Amazing all by itself, but it doesn’t stop there.
With the most recent release I can edit recipes, put a hashtag like “#thanksgiving” in the notes, and then search to see only my Thanksgiving recipes, for example.
I also like the feature where you can tell it to keep the device from going to sleep while you’re cooking so I don’t have to try to tap the display with messy hands to keep it from turning off in the middle of cooking.

This app is a lifesaver!!! I LOVE it!! It’s great to keep all my recipes in one place! I used to print them, pin them, screenshot them!!! It is for sure one of my most used apps! I couldn’t live without it!!

These apps are just tiring and if they read up on this they’d know they always fail. What this does: These people are charging for ripping off bloggers and content that does not belong to them. Let’s just take all the hard work someone else put in a recipe and rip them off. If people keep supporting this business model, there will eventually be no more bloggers and no more recipes. To the dev: You guys just got reported in a large FB group so wait for all the copyright infringement claims 👍

I couldn’t believe it!!! Saved me sooooo much time finding the recipe and I get to save it and won’t have to find the long blog post on that chicken Marsala again. Get it for your sanity! Thank you thank you for creating this. One of your old coworkers recommended your app to me.

I was really digging the app until I was surprised with an annual subscription fee in order to access all the recipes I had saved. That information is better told upfront; advertised as a free trial period at minimum. The app is nice, but still in early development. Not worth $15.99/year yet.

When downloading the app there is no info regarding a $15.99 a year payment to retrieve your recipes.
The app is a great concept, but there are plenty out there for free. Imagine my surprise when I went to make a previously viewed recipe and the app informs me must pay $1.99 a month or $15.99 a year.
