Dodgy app with weird design choices
This app requires full access to your keyboard. It also uses its own weird sound effects instead of the default one. The backspace also doesn’t work properly and does not resize correctly.
Could work but buggy, needs fixing
This is a great idea, works well... but only in Apple's built in apps, not any others. Once that's fixed it will be great
Good Luck With Words The Keyboard Thinks Are Misspelled
its Impossible to enter a word that the keyboard thinks is not spelled correctly. This includes word that aren't misspelled, but are simply not in the keyboard’s vocabulary. For example, it is impossible to type “keyboard’s” using the split keyboard. Good luck with a specialist medical term, or the name of a prescription medication like “Metformin”. The split keyboard will always change it to "Metro min". There is also no dictation button. These problems make the keyboard useless for me.

Please make sure you have the keyboard enabled in the settings app. Otherwise it will not be available in the system keyboard selection menu.
Offensive Word Suggestions
The keyboard isn’t the best but is a solution to Apple ditching the Split Keyboard on home button less iPads. The only problem I have with this keyboard is the fact that the Keyboard can suggest words that are seen as discriminatory or offensive. Once this is fixed I may start using it again.
Still doesn’t work
I had hoped this might solve the problem of the missing split keyboard on the new iPads, but sadly it doesn’t work.

You should be able to get the keyboard to work by enabling it in settings and then selecting it via the “globe” icon when entering text. It should show up in the keyboard selection list as “Banana Split Keyboard - Banana Split”
It’s just ok. Not great. Uninstalling.
It’s suggestions are really bad and there’s no way to override them on a word to word basis the way you can with the apple built in keyboard. And turning off suggestions completely isn’t an option because then you make too many mistakes. Also, they’ve tried to implement the space key navigation but for some reason it’s really clumsy and slow.

I went to the set up and then tried to get this to work…it doesn’t.

Needs a lot of work. Spell check, auto correct/capitalize, and alignment need to be reworked. Please give an update. Thanks for being an option.
Cannot get past settings
When trying to set up the app, it takes me to keyboard settings but won’t continue the set up process even after allowing full access. Waste of time.

Upon allowing full access, you should then have access to the keyboard by choosing it from the alternate keyboard (the key with the globe icon on it). You should see the Banana Split keyboard appear there.
