- LaySomehow, this app is missing the only feature that actually matters… Drafting new emails. The analytics and reporting are nice touches but not really all that important.
I’m stuck using Safari and dealing with a terrible user interface that’s not optimized for mobile. Please add this vital feature.

Our new MailerLite and its app have this feature, and you will be happy to hear that we're rolling out migration for our classic community in order for everyone to get to chose what platform works best for them. We are of course still developing and improving this app as well - so we're happy to hear your feedback.

- LayI have been trying to create my account for more than half an hour, and even saying that it is my first Newsletter; they insist that I say from where (I get permission to collect the emails of my subscribers). If I tell you that it is my first newsletter, then where am I going to get that information from... for God's sake make your app more functional, I can't give you a piece of information that doesn't exist.
Anyway, I think I'll have to look for another alternative, because they have already spoiled my day.

- LayI just started using MailerLite yesterday and really like it. I find it a superior user experience to MailChimp. Their customer service is superlative. The app didn’t work for me at first, but they helped. We’re not sure why it didn’t work at first, but it’s running fine now. It shows everything you need to know about your campaigns.
At the moment, you can’t build a campaign in the app. Mailchimp lets you do that, but their implementation is terrible. Mailerlite says they’ll be adding that feature next year. Based on how well their website handles, I’m sure it will be worth the wait.

YES TO ALL OF THIS ❤️The app lags behind the website. Data available on the website is live in real time, but the app doesn’t appear to update as quickly - which is pretty critical if you’re looking for real-time updates on email campaigns. Additionally, the search functionality on the app is terrible (but maybe I’m the only one experiencing that because I haven’t seen other complaints). I’ll search for a contact that I know is in my subscriber list, and what comes back is the entire list of subscribers - not that single subscriber. Pretty frustrating.

Update: 1 month later this still isn’t fixed.

CincyTopher513, thank you for your review. We recently had a server migration that caused a slow down of our app and a search issue. The iOS Development Team is working on it and everything will be fast and efficient as usual sooner. I understand your point, but please take in mind that this is a short and temporary situation. PS: thanks for the 4-Star review :) Irene I don’t usually write reviews for apps, but when I saw how few reviews this one has, I knew I had to throw in my two cents.
For the longest time, I thought my options were either MailChimp or Convertkit, and I went with MailChimp. But I quickly realized I didn’t like MailChimp very much—it was complicated, and they didn’t have enough options.
But when I discovered MailerLite and heard good things about it, I immediately switched over, and I’ve never looked back. The interface is so simple and amazing, and the options really are limitless. The app is just as easy to use, and now I genuinely love to email my subscribers! I would highly recommend MailerLite, and I couldn’t be happier with it. 💛
