    Simply wonderful. These short meditations are really helpful in literally Declutter if the mind. I start and end my day with them. The voice is fabulous.
  • I'm really loving this app!

    I have meditated for many years and have done mindfulness meditation for about 4 years.

    I was exploring additional mindfulness meditations & techniques and came across this app, and it resonated with me. I decided to try it and am really glad that I did.

    I have tried several of these meditations and they have ranged from good to really wonderful. The voice, words, and energy are palpably calming and I have been able to relax & meditate easily.

    Meditation apps were something I was very opposed to and wouldn't use as I thought it was the very antithesis of meditation.

    But I realized at some point that isn't true. It is not technology that is the problem or that causes "monkey mind" and other undesirable states of being & consciousness. Rather, it is how one approaches, views, thinks about, and uses technology that is relevant. Just like almost everything else.

    The Declutter app is excellent and it is beneficial just about every time that I utilize it. I highly recommend it whether you are new to mindfulness and/or meditation, or if you are a seasoned meditator.

  • Declutter the mind

    I am a 69 year old retired guy who never in a million years would have considered meditation. I, as we all, have demons. Demons of memories of the past, social media addiction, anger while watching the news. I got to the point of anger and depression. I quit social media and stopped watching the news, a good start but, I still have issues. As we know the mind never stops. Doing the daily meditation gives me a great start to my day, sort of a road map. I still have demons however, declutter gives me the ability to free my mind and wash these thoughts to the curb. I find myself mindful to accepting daily life as it comes and calming my brain when needed. Yes, I am on a much better path now. Meditation is not an addiction but a good way to clear my head. Stuff still happens but I can control how I deal with stuff. I do recommend declutter as a good tool, for everyone.

  • Helps me live differently

    I gravitated to this app because I liked the voice and the delivery. Once I started using the guided meditations daily, I began to value the teachings even more. I learned how many needless and false stories I’ve constructed over my life in response to events, thoughts, and feelings that arise. DtM is helping me release all these false narratives and live differently.

  • Helpful and Hopeful

    As a relative newcomer, I have found that Declutter the Mind has been excellent help as I seek to establish a regular practice. The prompts are clear and easy to listen to. The wide range of topics is very beneficial. This is an excellent guide to Mindfulness Meditation.
  • Just right!

    These meditations are so well done! I’ve really needed these and I’ve been very pleased.
  • Saved my life

    I had a panic attack and trouble breathing. Seriously contemplated calling 911, but I calmed down enough to try the walking meditation. Not only did I call down but my blood pressure dropped from 171 to 143 to 130. I’ve tried other meditation apps even one on steam but this once I enjoy the most. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Declutter the Mind practitioners and developers for making a difference.
