Love it !!!
I have been a sports bettor for years and I love this app but lately it has been pretty bad with location I don’t understand why it does this and it takes forever to let me place a bet and I have contacted support and they can’t ever figure it out eaither and I sit there for hours trynna place a bet than once the game starts it’s hard to place one when some of the bets change and go away it’s been very frustrating for me becuase it is my fav betting app I love it that’s my only issue and it makes me going to have to stop using this app unfortunately and that hurts cuz I love the app itself and kills me to do it but if it doesn’t get fixed I have to move on to something else and that is the farthest thing I want to do hopefully you guys get it together asap

Closed Account after 2 Days. 0 Reasoning
I had created an account on a Friday. By Sunday I was told my account has been restricted? I placed a total of 5 bets. Total value was about $50. This was including my own money and Free Bets that were given to me for signing up. (Not a single hit) The issue, when trying to unlock my account which never should have been locked, I contacted the customer service whom I was directed to. And after several questions to verify the account I was told: “ The decision has been made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and your account has been closed with no option to reopen.” Where I then asked what the reason for the account being closed? (Again, I didn’t win anything and only spent 10 of my own Dollars) “Unfortunately there is no further information I can look to provide” Not understanding any of what happened. I switched to Bet365 because of the options they give you. Taking my money else where. -NO I didn’t get an email telling me ANYTHING. -NO I didn’t cash out. All bets were lost. BET365 let me down with this one and didn’t care so much as to lift a finger to help even give me a reason. Oh and they won’t let me pull out the remainder of my personal money that was deposited. What an App.

(Update) They listen to feedback and slowly improve.
I’ve been an avid sports bettor for over two decades now, and overall I really enjoy bet365, mainly bc of all of the options they offer that most other books don’t even come close to having available. One of those options are the Daily Lineups contests. It’s a great way to not only retain customers, but it’s also a way to encourage customers to access the app on a daily basis. In my previous review I left quite a bit of feedback after they changed the daily lineups segment of their app. For the most part those issues with daily lineups have been fixed, save for a few small nit picky things, like not having a date or time on the events. Outside of daily lineups the app is pretty solid, although my number one complaint remains that if you are idle for more than literally a few minutes the app will log you off and then you’re up a creek and have to completely close out the app, reopen it, and log back in again. All of this has to be done or the app won’t “recognize” your location and you won’t be able to place a bet. I hate comparing everything to FD or DK, but the fact of the matter is that they have the largest market share for a reason. Their apps are the most streamlined and modern, and in some cases it’s not even close. Hopefully bet365 will surpass them one day, bc they truly are a really solid option.

BET365 IS FRAUD
I want to warn everyone about bet 365. It was a great app and I was very happy using it but then last night was the end of it for me. I put a money line on the Phoenix Suns at a +200 when the Phoenix Suns went down in the game, the same night I referred my girlfriend and she got her bonus bets so we both put the money line at the same exact time. Both looked at each other’s phones and seen we both placed a bet on the Phoenix Suns, both a payout of $30 but my girlfriend would get $20 since the bet was placed with $10 bonus bets. when the game ended we were both happy, high-fives, and all but as soon as we go to our phone for bet365, the bet was indicating the money line was on the 76ers & we both lost it. I called support they tell me there’s no wide spread issues but they will give me my money back, I argued for the sake of winning the bet and it being placed with my hard earned money that it should be investigated because that clearly is fraud and if it is happening, how many people aren’t noticing!? End of the dispute they aren’t going to investigate anything since I agreed to getting my $10 back. Well I’m deleting the app and for new/current users SCREENSHOT YOUR BETS!!! I R E P E A T SCREENSHOT YOUR BETS!!!!

Nonsensical decision making
I downloaded the app last year and opened an account. I did the same with other sports books and they worked just fine. But Bet 365 was wonky, so I gave up after a while. It wouldn’t let me login and then it wouldn’t let me deposit.
Fast forward to this year, I decide to try it again as many people mentioned how good it had gotten. I can’t login in, get the LL01 error. I decide to talk Support about it. They look into it and say “Management has looked into your account and restricted deposits. And since deposits are restricted, you have no account and you never again can have an account with Bet 365.” How did management restrict my account moments after me opening it last year since the issue had been the same since I downloaded it. I have zero issues with every other sports book, so this makes zero sense. And they ended chat with, sorry if you’re disappointed. Really?? Don’t use this garbage.

Take the time to read, may save you some money
So I’ve used this app for a little bit now, and I have a understanding of the cash out system they provide. I had a bet going for $300 and was given the chance to cash out because 3 legs out of 6 had already hit. I decided to wait a little and let that payout increase but then 2 legs of the correct 3 were no longer checked and it was no runs in the first inning of baseball so obviously I saw that it did actually hit. But taking away those checks also took my cash out option. One leg started to go sour still winning tho but I wanted to cash out. So I called support. First guy said he could help then says he hangs up on me. Second guy does the exact same, so now I’m thinking I’m done after the third guy. The third guy assists me well, and says since the bet had ended but he could tell I was trying to contact support he was going to award me bonus bets. So I was stressed out from the terrible support but now I felt fine and was somewhat relieved until I made a joke about how I shouldn’t bet. Then he restricted my account and took the bonus bet offer away. I understand some have big gambling issues but I had to stay on the phone with another person for 30 more minutes over a hour at this point to have my account restrictions lifted and never got the money. I was 100% cheated out of money and 100% because their support is incompetent. The only reason I give them 2 stars is cause it’s a easier to use app.

Do not download this app
Worst Sportsbook I’ve used. Most of these reviews HAVE to be fake lol. UI is not good, they make it hard to deposit money, not hard to get in contact with customer service which is good because you’ll need to do so frequently. The way they handle bets with high odds is horrible. Other apps will not let you place bets where the odds are too high, Bet365 has this dumb “review” system. Every app restricts how much money you can make, that’s normal, but the “review” system is dumb. I put “review” in quotes because it’s an algorithm not a person approving. When I tried to place a $1000 bet, they told me “$50 of your $1000 bet is approved, $950 will have to be reviewed by a trader”. Then you have to press “place bet” again and hope they approve the full amount. I wish they would just tell you the max odds they will approve and not let you place the bet instead of this weird “review” system. That’s just one of the major problems with this app. Don’t be fooled just because they have ads everywhere the way they do betting is not legitimate.

App is partially broken on iOS
Almost every other time you change your screen and then come back to the app it will say “We are confirming your location” even though it won’t. Unfortunately you have to force close and reload the app every time. Sure the odds are great on certain markets. Just prepared to be frustrated from time to time as well as waste it.
I would forget live betting as well as building parlays off your phone. Can’t tell you the number of hours gone to trash from building something out and then it only gives you the location error when it comes time to actually enter a wager. So you won’t even know until you go to try and make the bet.
It’s quite the most frustrating thing ever. I have location set to always allow. I’m always on wifi, and I’ve even deleted and re installed the app. The issue still persists. Only writing this review because I was just about set making a parlay right before first pitch for MLB. 10 legs. Enter my wager only to find out I can’t. So I restart the app and having to start over is the biggest waste of time since all the time leading up to it but even a bigger annoyance now that the game had started by the time I re selected everything.

Don’t read the bad reviews!
Came here just to make a point that I’ve been using this Sportsbook for almost a year now , and I never had had issues like.. not even a single issue that I’ve read on these bad reviews not ONE. For one, the bonus bets you can spend it exactly how you want. If they gave you 150 bonus you can do your bet at as low as .20 cents still, or if you wanted to throw you a $50 bet, u could. So that’s awesome considering DraftKings forces the 150 free bets in $25 bets. Secondly , I find that the parlays that they have premade to bet on - have great odds and great picks. And the cashing out option yes that’s awesome too. I’ve never had a single issue that I keep reading any of these people in there reviews .. if you are having location issue, go in ur settings make sure it’s even on. If you can’t withdrawal, I think you are lying honestly. I’ve made almost 10k within 6 months , I have no limits on my account , I’ve had no issues. It’s simple. Good job 365!!

Bet365 is by far the best online sports book and casino that I’ve used and I’m not just say that. Not only does BET365 have super fast withdrawals and deposits. Bet365 doesn’t take away a percentage of your hard earned money off your bets when you place it, and want to cash out unlike DraftKings, and other major sports books. That fact that if I place a bet and a week goes by and I change my mind and decide to Cash out early to place a different bet is amazing, No other sports book does that. The other thing that’s great about this app is the promos they constantly give you free money, and great profit boost. This is why I give the app five star rating. I definitely recommend using it if you haven’t made an account already.
