Rip off and they will take your gold if you dispute
Purchased a pack because it said something like legendary Lilith the scout. There was no Lilith just an outfit or something. New to the game spent hundreds building to over 4 million. I felt that ad was deceptive and with no help whatsoever with the worst customer service I’ve ever had I disputed the charge. Mind you. The dispute hasn’t been decided. They came in and confiscated 20,000 of my gold. Made it impossible for me to play and set my gold at -166,000. That’s roughly 700 dollars to get back where I was over a 99 dollar charge. Play something else or don’t spend. Granted the angrier I got the more abusive I was with the representative. I can’t tolerate that level of stupidity. Game deletedShow lesscaveat emptor rip off

Click on Avatar - Settings - General Settings, turn off high frame rate mode and high image quality mode, and turn on simple mode. 2. Restart the device, switch the network to enter the game. 3. Close other applications or games during the game. 4. Delete some infrequently used software or games to free up the phone's memory and running memory. Hope it can help you improve this situation. Originally it was alright, yes buying things gave an advantage as always, but it wasn’t a game breaking advantage for the Amex Black holders. It has now become impossible for anyone who doesn’t spend a LOT of money to even compete. Almost exclusively high priced boosts. The 2 officers that are purchase only, will cost you over 300 USD EACH to level up. Not only do you have to pay to unlock them, but to make them useful requires cash for every level. 2 out of 3 skins that give troop boosts, are “buy only” items to exchange. To make it even worse, those “buy only” items, usually are items that give random POSSIBLE rewards. They’ve even screwed up SVS with their weekly kill event. In the description it’s says “ strategy game” lol. This game was really fun in the beginning, I mean obviously every game has in app purchases… but as the game aged it became ALL ABOUT PAYING TO WIN. Then for some odd reason there are these servers made specifically for one nation that borders N. Korea… another strange occurrence is, is that these different and specially made servers for one nationality only happen to be (from what I’ve seen and experienced) the absolute strongest zones with all lvl 100 stuff even if it just came out a week ago, at least came out a week ago for the players that don’t share a border with N. Korea (AND NO!, IM NOT TALKING ABOUT THE SOUTH KOREANS!) Well, either way, this game was really fun until the devs really ramped up the paying to win “strategy” type gameplay. Just beware that if you do decide to play this game just know that you will, and always be out done by that certain nation. By now you know the ads show nothing that is actual gameplay and that is just the beginning of tap 4 fun ‘s dependence on bait and switch , over billing , horrendous joke of customer service and the most ridiculous and blatant unbalanced game on the internet.
The international servers are used as food for the preferred Chinese servers and make for nothing but unenjoyable and extremely expensive game play.
There are regular bugs and glitches that when you attempt to notify customer support they just tell you to trust the science and close the tickets. It’s fruitless to complain. In fact if you complain too much they threaten you with legal action against you personally for daring to express your experiences with them.
You would be way better off joining some discord or twitch groups and getting the social aspect of the game for free than trying to grow an army here.
The latest is they chose five servers and allow them to trade badges and weapons for free and this is a huge advantage against people who pay for things and worse for those free to play.

Apparently you have to sleep with a dev to get Gold Officer Upgrade Stars. There is obviously an algorithm that makes whatever you are playing for harder to get. The more you need it, the rarer it is. Of course, if you want to spend real world money, you can buy what you want. Excess time requirements
All actions beyond lv 6 takes an obsurd amount of time. Those like me who do not have unlimited time. Two weeks or longer is far too long to upgrade single items. This is a shame cause we like the game. But if l send you obscene amounts of money I can play the full game for a few minutes then I owe you a bag of money for every game move going forward. Great game nightmare to play to have fun far to much money going one way and you get nothing. 4 days the money requirements exceeds X-Box & PlayStation games. You get a game to own. Every 4 days you can buy a new game or give that money away for absoutly nothing. Never would have believed people would people give away their hard earned money.Show lessno more money for nothing
Fun but p2win monetization and misleading ads
Game is standard build troops base etc game but heavily monetized with pay 2 win being the primary focus of the Devs. Also much of the adverts show mini games and interactive games which do not exist.turhyyt
Spenders paradise.
Been playing this game for 2 years and it is time to find a new one. This used to be a fun game but my wallet doesn’t fit in their target demographic any longer.
All the recent updates cater to heavy spenders. If you plan on spending a few thousand a month or more then this game is fun and you will be sort of competitive. If you plan to spend 5-10k per month or more you are the target player for this game and will fit in with the other spenders.
If you are f2p or only spend a little and like to get beaten up by the spenders you may also like this game but it is a grind and they make sure to make the grind more difficult with each release.Show lessFunJustBegan

I downloaded the game. I started playing it. I first thought. This game is okay. I started having trouble. I contacted tech support on the game. They couldn’t help me. The game was freezing up. I told them what’s happening. Come to find out. It’s a robot. I thought. At first. You don’t know it’s a robot. Until they send you a message. Then I thought. You know what. If they don’t value you as a customer more than that. To answer your issues. They don’t deserve no more than a one star rating. If there was a zero rating. They would’ve received that.
