  • A Complete Waste of Time

After downloading this app, confirming my mobile phone number, I am unable to log in using this app.

If I could rate it zero stars, I would do so.
  • Really bad app that still doesn’t work

Just a poor app that in 2023 doesn’t work. Shame on the company for not fixing something that’s a standard in todays world
  • Can’t even get into the app

Downloaded app, opened app, which requires your phone number before proceeding (which is ridiculous), app froze and never sent the text message to allow me to verify whatever needs to be verified to even open the app. I’m in the hotel with no Wi-Fi as it is crap, and there are no phones or phone numbers posted in the room to get customer service. The only option provided is a sticker that says to get service, you must download their app and use their live chat. Well, how am I supposed to do that if I cannot access the app…oh, and you must create an account with the hotel reward program to even access Wi-Fi, which is a joke because it doesn’t work. It either isn’t shown to even connect with or it drops you immediately after joining the Wi-Fi. And, even though you select NOT to receive marketing communications when forced to create this account for alleged free Wi-Fi access, they immediately begin emailing spam marketing communications. It’s a complete sham.
