They can’t figure out the simple stuff. Developers must be high school students.
Lately when trying to transfer funds, choosing an account does not update the displayed choice. Not sure what kind of testing you guys do but again, seriously embarrassing.luciliadawnbranagan

This app works like once a week if I’m lucky. I’ve had to contact and pay my bills over the phone because I can’t simply login to do anything via the app. Tbh the browser has even been spotty for me lately too. Don’t know how I’m supposed to access my account if this continues. I’m incredibly frustrated. Might be easier just to switch banks at this point.Show lessihateu245

2 months ago I wrote about how I hadn’t been able to login intermittently for quite a few months. Some days it would work though.
So glad to announce that I haven’t been able to sign into the app once since writing that review. You have to do any online banking exclusively through the browser.
I can only pray that not a single cent of my money went towards the developers’ salaries. I’ll be switching banks soon.Show lessNicole The Penguin

Everytime i copy and paste the code it says "something went wrong" and the app kept on locking my account because i was detected using the app outside of canada. Yes, it is me and im travelling abroad. Everytime this happens i have to call the 1-800number and get my account unlocked. (Not to mention how expensive roaming fee is) something needs to be done to your system. Not just the app, the banking system too. It is way too unfriendly to travellers like me.Show lessjenniferdyk

Out of nowhere, I’m unable to log in through the app, but am able to log in through the web page so I know it’s not my problem. Not the first time I’ve run into problems with this app either.Octaviaariel

I’ve banked with coast since I was a kid, but this app alone is enough to make me switch banks. It constantly tells you there is a problem and won’t let you log in. I’ve seen the generic reply the developer leaves on all the other reviews, but they’re obviously not addressing the problem as this has been going on for a long time.Show lessTHTC1
