Advertised as useful, but useless in practice.
When I go to my phone’s camera app the camera works fine and pictures are clear, so it’s clearly an issue with the app.
Cool concept, but ought to function as advertised.

No support, no instructions, nobody cares
I guess I just don't know enough math. Their online 'support' wants nothing to do with you unless you're a paying customer.

In the meantime, if your equation uses unusual characters, you can try writing it down and taking a picture to bring it into the app. You may also find that Maple Learn, our online tool for creating math documents, is better suited to your needs. Par conséquence, le mode paysage a reculé dans la liste des priorités jusqu'à ce que nous puissions résoudre ces problèmes techniques.
